To make these fun and festive cookies you need 1/5th of my Chocolate Cookie Dough, some candied cherries, and a little powdered sugar. You simply divide the dough into 24 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Place balls on a parchment lined cookie sheet and press a candied cherry into each dough ball. Simple enough for the kids!

  1. Yum, I love both versions :) I bought some red and green candied cherries, I just now need the energy to get up and make some cookies with them. I will probably do it next weekend as I get a box together to ship to the boys. I may have to make your vanilla dough with the cherries for Justin and the chocolate ones for Chris :)
